I have seen a lot of web sites that are so despicable, that I wonder who designed them. If you want to build a web site, start with the web site design. You don’t need any fancy software tools for a website design. You can design it on a piece of paper or using simple drawing tools that are available in any word processing package. Remember to keep the website design simple. Too many colors and animations are going to slow down the loading time of web page. If a web page takes more then two seconds to load, people will stop and move on. Start with a practical and good looking website design. If you are designing a web site then keep the design consistent through out the web site. Like if you have placed the navigation buttons on top. Then keep them in the same order on the top throughout the web site. Look at Microsoft office, any application you open has the tool bar in the same order. So apply the same principal to your website design. To build a website or to build a web page will depend on your requirements and getting someone to do is easy to find.
